> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.vertracloud.app/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # v26.2.0 — August 2026 > Snapshots of large projects now work, projects are never deleted without a verified backup, and the site now opens noticeably faster. ### Website * **The Enterprise page now matches the landing page.** Same mesh, type scale and cards; the plan picker uses the same blue as the plans page instead of orange. * **The plans page now matches the landing page.** Economy, Pro, Scale and Enterprise sit in the same cards, Enterprise is blue instead of orange, the comparison table stays pinned while you scroll — with a search box and accordion groups, on desktop and on a phone. * **The login and register screens now match the rest of the site.** Same header and footer as the landing page, a centered sign-in form, a short look at Economy / Pro / Scale, and a compact FAQ — with a link through to the full plans page. * **Login and register are now the same screen.** Enter your e-mail and get a code — no separate sign-up form, and no name to type. New accounts get a starting name from the e-mail address, which you can change anytime in your profile settings. ### Performance * **The site now opens faster.** The landing page and every institutional page — About, Pricing, Plans, Databases, Enterprise, CLI, VS Code, Blob Storage, Privacy and Terms — are now pre-rendered ahead of time and served without any server work per visit. * **Much less to download and run on the landing page.** The global map is now a pre-generated image instead of being built in your browser on every load, and the page's animations now run on CSS instead of JavaScript. * Translations now load per page instead of the whole site downloading the text for all three languages on every screen. * **The dashboard loads only what you're looking at.** Heavy panels — the file editor, the terminal, and charts — now load on demand instead of upfront, and background requests that used to run on screens where they weren't even used have been removed. ### E-mails * **Every transactional e-mail has been redesigned.** Confirmation codes, purchase and redemption receipts, renewal reminders, plan expiry and project deletion notices now share one layout, with the key fact — the code, the amount, the deadline — put first instead of buried in a paragraph. * **The Vertra Cloud logo now shows up in your inbox.** It was being sent as an SVG, which Gmail, Outlook desktop and Yahoo do not display at all, so most recipients saw a broken image. * E-mails now carry a preview line, follow your system's light or dark theme, and read correctly on a phone and with images blocked. * Fixed the redemption e-mail showing a raw `{{duration}}` placeholder instead of the plan duration, and the English and Spanish purchase e-mails showing the amount without its currency. ### Backups & Automatic Deletion * **Projects are never deleted without a verified backup.** Plan expiry and the FREE cleanup job now create a snapshot first and only delete the resources whose snapshot completed. Anything that fails to back up is **stopped and kept in place** rather than deleted, and reported for manual review. * The FREE cleanup job previously deleted offline projects without creating any snapshot at all. It now takes one first. * Pre-deletion snapshots ignore the plan's backup permission — a project about to be removed is always backed up, regardless of tier. * **Snapshots of large projects now work.** The size ceiling that made backups of bigger projects fail outright has been removed. * Snapshot archives no longer include reinstallable content (`node_modules`, virtualenvs, `vendor`, build caches) or git history, so they are considerably smaller. * A snapshot is only recorded once the archive is confirmed to exist in storage, and its reported size now comes from storage itself — a snapshot can no longer appear in your list without a real file behind it. ### Validation & Error Messages * Endpoints taking a workspace, application, database or environment-variable ID now reject a malformed ID with a clear `400`, instead of failing with a generic internal error. * Updating an application or workspace with an empty body now returns a validation error instead of failing. * `start_command` is now limited to 512 characters at the moment you save it, instead of only failing later during a rebuild. * Uploading a corrupted or truncated `.zip` when creating an application now returns `INVALID_ZIP` instead of a generic internal error. * Writing a file over a path that already exists as a folder now returns `TARGET_IS_DIRECTORY` instead of a generic internal error.
