  ### New projects require a paid plan

  The Free plan no longer creates new applications or databases. Projects that are already running on
  the Free plan stay online.

  * Creating an application or a database on the Free plan now returns `403 FREE_PLAN_SUSPENDED`.
  * When this happens during a deploy in the dashboard, you can pick a plan and pay with Pix right on
    the deploy screen. As soon as the payment is confirmed, the deploy continues with the same files,
    so you don't need to upload your project again.
