# Web Analytics History and What Each Plan Includes

> See how many days of Web Analytics history each plan keeps and which views each plan includes, from Starter to Enterprise.

Every plan includes Web Analytics. The plan decides how far back you can look and whether the Performance and Requests views are included.

## What each plan includes

| | Starter (1 and 2 GB) | Pro (4, 6 and 8 GB) | Business (12, 16 and 24 GB) | Enterprise |
| - | :-: | :-: | :-: | :-: |
| [Summary](https://docs.vertracloud.app/web-analytics/summary.md), [Traffic](https://docs.vertracloud.app/web-analytics/traffic.md) and cross filters | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| [Errors](https://docs.vertracloud.app/web-analytics/errors.md) (5xx, optional 4xx) | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| [Compare periods](https://docs.vertracloud.app/web-analytics/compare.md) | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| [Performance](https://docs.vertracloud.app/web-analytics/performance.md) (edge and container, p50 to p99.9, by country and region, slow routes) | — | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| [Requests](https://docs.vertracloud.app/web-analytics/requests.md) (one row per request) | — | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| History you can query | 7 days | 7 days | 30 days | 30 days |

On Starter, the Summary still shows one speed number, the response time (p95), and the status sentence. Only the detailed Performance view and the Requests log start at Pro. Opening one of those sub-tabs on Starter shows sample data and the plan needed, with a button to upgrade.

The plan that counts is the **owner's** plan of the application, as with other features. See [Plans and limits](https://docs.vertracloud.app/plans-and-limits.md#which-features-does-each-plan-unlock).

## History

History is how far back the period bar can go. Choosing a range that starts before your plan's limit is refused with a message that says so: pick a more recent start. Data older than your plan's limit is not shown.

* **7 days:** Starter and Pro.
* **30 days:** Business and Enterprise.

A custom range can never be longer than 30 days.

## Accounts without a plan

An account without an active plan cannot open Analytics (`PLAN_REQUIRED`). It does not delete anything: your site totals are kept as usual (up to 31 days), so they are available again when a plan is active.

## FAQ

> [accordion] If I upgrade, do I get the history I could not see before?
>
> You can read as far back as the new plan allows, up to the limit of what is measured. Data older than that no longer exists.

> [accordion] Do plan changes apply to apps in a workspace?
>
> Yes, the owner's plan applies. Inviting someone with a higher plan into a workspace does not unlock the features for the owner's apps.
