List Template Categories
Returns the template categories with the number of templates in each one, so a gallery can show filters and counts.

Returns each category of the template catalog with how many public templates it holds. The call needs no authentication. With a session or an API key (scope
templates:read) the counts also include your private templates; a request with an Authorization header is always validated, so an invalid key is a 401. Reads are limited to 60 requests per minute per client.

Also counts the private templates of that workspace. The owner of the workspace and members who can read its applications can use it.
