Resize and Convert Images on the Fly with Blob Storage

For public images, add query parameters to the file URL and the platform returns a resized or converted copy, served from the CDN:

Parameter	Meaning
`w`, `h`	Target width and height in pixels, `1` to `4096`
`fit`	How the image fills the box: `scale-down`, `contain`, `cover`, `crop` or `pad`
`format`	Output format: `webp`, `avif`, `jpeg`, `png` or `auto` (picks AVIF or WebP from the browser’s `Accept` header)
`q`	Quality, `1` to `100`

Invalid or unknown parameters are ignored. Only public JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF and GIF images are transformed; SVG and other files are always served as stored.

Plans and monthly limits

Image transformations start at the Scale plan. On Economy and Pro the URL with parameters serves the original image.

Only unique transformations count: the same image with the same parameters counts once per month, and repeat requests served from the cache are free. Past the limit the URL keeps working and serves the original image, with no error. Your usage this month is image_transformations_used in Get stats. Private images are never transformed.
