Your Blob Storage quota depends on your plan and belongs to the account owner (workspace members share the owner’s quota). The numbers live in the knowledge base; this page is the Blob Storage view.

Per plan

Features that only some plans include: Below Enterprise-12, uploads are limited to one per second per account. A gated feature answers PLAN_RESTRICTED_FEATURE.

Limits for every plan

Read your live values from limits in Get stats instead of hardcoding them.

Exceeding the quota

Uploads stop with STORAGE_QUOTA_EXCEEDED as soon as used space plus reserved space plus the new file would pass your quota. Nothing is deleted. If you downgrade and your usage is above the new quota, your files stay. Uploads stay blocked until you are back under the quota, and the overage is billed at R$ 0,20 per started GB on the next renewal. Get stats shows over_quota_bytes and estimated_overage_cents. See Plan downgrade.

Expiration and deletion

When your plan expires or is canceled, your files enter a 72-hour grace period:
  • Uploads and other writes are blocked and answer BLOB_NAMESPACE_SUSPENDED.
  • Public files, temporary links and share pages keep working until the grace period ends.
  • You receive e-mail reminders during the period.
  • Renewing during the grace period restores everything immediately.
  • After 72 hours the files are permanently deleted, without a backup.
A suspension for abuse is different: suspended files go offline right away.
Deletion after the grace period cannot be undone. Download or move what you need before your plan expires.
